How to engage employees at a future-themed collaborative workshop

We created

A bespoke 360-degree workspace with multiple rooms that the participants could navigate. Conversation topics were projected onto the walls of the virtual space. The participants were also asked to summarise their conversations before moving to the next room.

The experience was

A fun and memorable way to get employees together to discuss various topics.

Devices and channels

The virtual workspace was accessed through iPads available at the event venue, and projected on large screens in the physical space.
