How to improve the learners’ practical Finnish language skills while trying out customer service work in an engaging and empowering way?
An immersive training experience set in a virtual supermarket, including ten scripted dialogue-based customer service scenarios. Gamification was included in the form of multiple choice questionnaires, for which the learners received points at the end of the training.
An engaging and empowering vocational orientation method, allowing the learners to try out customer service situations in a fun and memorable way.
The training is accessible through Oculus VR-headsets.
