Opportunity

Sisters Inc. is a Finnish event marketing agency that collaborates with leading Finnish and international brands. The agency was in charge of organising a personnel event of a major professional services firm. The event contained a participatory workshop which sought to engage the firm’s employees through group conversations on a future-oriented theme. The goal was to provide a memorable and meaningful workshop experience in a virtual space and create social cohesion.

Solution

For the event, Stereoscape created an interactive and gamified virtual workshop space, which was accessed via iPads that were available at the venue. The virtual environment was also streamed on large screens in the physical event space.

The virtual workshop experience started with instructions for navigating the space. The participants then moved through different virtual rooms where they were presented with various conversation topics. The participants were invited to discuss these topics in groups. The topics and tasks were projected on the walls of the virtual rooms, or opened via interactive hotspots.

The solution was designed in such a way that an integration with a data collection tool was possible.
